PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the vibration attenuation effect of a torsion beam filled with an elastic material, in a torsion beam type suspension device. SOLUTION: When right and left trailing arms 11 move upward and downward in different phases, a torsion beam 19 connecting between the both trailing arms 11 is torsionally deformed or bendingly deformed, so that a stability against the rolling of a vehicle is achieved by the restoring force in the same manner as stabilizer. Even if an elastic vibration is generated when the torsion beam 19 torsionally deformed or bendingly deformed restores to the original shape, the attenuation effect to attenuate the vibration is achieved by the elastic material 20 filled in a pipe-shaped portion 19a of the hollowly formed torsion beam 19. At this time, since the torsion beam 19 regulates the elastic material 20 in the pipe-shaped portion 19a to be pushed out in the vehicle width direction at the inner side surface of the trailing arm 11, the elastic material 20 is enough deformed so as to enhance the vibration attenuation effect of the torsion beam 19.
