PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation cable moving integrally with a sliding member from being rubbed due to interferance with other members. SOLUTION: The sliding member 22 provided slidably along a slide rail 21 provided in a vehicle body side part J is slid and locked by engagement of a lock member provided in the sliding member 22 with the slide rail 21. The sliding and locking state is released by an operation of the operation cable 26 linked with the lock member. The operation cable 26 is provided to be mounted on an upper step part 24A of a mounting bracket 24 provided integrally with the slide rail 21. A shape part of the operation cable 26 from the mounted fixing part 26A3 to a movable part (one end part 26A1) linked with the lock member and moving integrally with the sliding member 22 is wired by passing on a formation region of a lower step part 24B formed by being dropped in a step shape of the mounting bracket 24 and is prevented from interfering with the lower step part 24B.
