摘要 The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer which specifically binds to bisphenol A and a method for detecting and removing bisphenol A using the same. The nucleic acid aptamer specifically binding to bisphenol A according to the present invention is able to detect even a minute amount of bisphenol A due to a nM level of affinity. Also, the nucleic acid aptamer specifically detects only bisphenol A, while not having an affinity for other bisphenol groups such as bisphenol B which is the same as bisphenol A except for a methyl group. Therefore, bisphenol B, which is an endocrine disrupter difficult to detect previously, can be effectively detected and removed.
