PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground vibration-proof wall which is not subjected to the action of a force of floating up by buoyancy brought about by the ascent of groundwater. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof wall 10 buried in the ground in a vibration propagation path is composed of a structure 11 which is formed by three-dimensionally stacking a large number of resin structures 31 capable of internally securing a cavity S by being stacked. Preferably, the structure 11 includes a water-permeable sheet 12 like a nonwoven fabric, a crushed stone layer 13, and a water-permeable sheet 14 for covering the crushed stone layer 13.
