PURPOSE: A balancing tank for a swimming pool including a pipe and a connection pipe and a balancing tank layout structure of a swimming pool using the same are provided to be arranged in a pit adjacent to the trench of a swimming pool and to store and supply the water falling from a trench. CONSTITUTION: A balancing tank for a swimming pool comprises pipes, a connection pipe, a flange, an inlet tube(16), and an exhaust pipe(18). The connection pipe connects the end parts of the pipe. The flange connects the pipe and the connection pipe. The exhaust pipe is formed on the top of the pipe and is connected to a drainpipe(106) to guide water. The exhaust pipe is formed on the lower part of the pipe, and the exhaust line is connected to a water treatment system.
