<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the display characteristics, productivity and the like of a flexible device by originating a glass roll in which electrification by peeling is hardly caused when a glass film is pulled out sequentially although the surface quality of the glass film is superior. <P>SOLUTION: The glass roll prepared by winding the glass film having a film thickness of 200μm or less into a roll form is characterized by having a dielectric constant of the glass film of 7 or less and an average surface roughness Ra of 10Åor less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
