<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a lead-in wire 6 for cable installation into a duct 3 having less power. <P>SOLUTION: A closed long bag 62 made of a resin film filled with a small quantity of air is adopted as a propelling member of a suction-type wire insertion device provided at an end of a lead-in wire 6. The closed long bag 62 has a large deformation capability.
