<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for issuing a discount commuter pass, capable of efficiently issuing the discount commuter pass. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes means (1, 2) for issuing a permit number, which issue the permit number in response to a request for an issuance of the discount commuter pass based on a certificate where a name and use conditions are described, and means (3) for receiving an entry of the permit number, the name, and the use conditions, and issuing the discount commuter pass where the received use conditions and a commuter pass ID are recorded only when the received permit number is identical with the one issued by the means for issuing the permit number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
