PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic torque wrench capable of preventing double tightening and preventing tightening of a complete signal from being output accidentally. SOLUTION: In a normal screw-tightening process, a member to be tightened, such as a bolt, is tightened to a temporarily tightening torque value by an electric motor; thereafter, it is tightened by a manual operation by means of a torque wrench body; and a toggle activation detecting switch activates to output the tightening complete signal from a drive control circuit, when a toggle mechanism activates, if the power supply current of the motor corresponding to the temporarily tightening torque value is detected within a double tightening monitor time which is specified until the temporary tightening torque value is reached, after a start current mask time specified when starting the motor is elapsed, it is determined as being a double tightening and the electric motor is stopped.
