PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a harness from biting in a partner part when mounting an interior panel to the partner part. SOLUTION: A plurality of engagement projections 19 each having an engagement claw 25 on a distal end and a step portion 29 closer to a base end from the engagement claw 25 are protrudedly provided integrally with the outer circumference on the rear surface of a cover member 3. A flange 43 extending approximately horizontally is provided integrally with the inner circumference of an upper opening 33 of a box body 5 to be positioned toward a lower portion from the upper end of the upper opening 33. A plurality of inclined ribs 45 are provided integrally with an upper surface of the flange 43 to be downwardly inclined inwardly from the upper opening 33 of the box body 5, and engagement holes 47 are formed between the adjacent inclined ribs 45. While the cover member 3 is assembled to the box body 5, the engagement claw 25 of each engagement projection 19 is inserted into each engagement hole 47 from the above to be engaged with a circumference of each engagement hole 47 on the lower surface of the flange 43 from the below and the step portion 29 of each engagement projection 19 is made to abut on the upper surface of the flange 43 from above.
