PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of improving heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: As in spiral heat transfer tubes 2, the heat transfer tubes of an upstream part 22 and a downstream part 24 intersecting an external fluid circulation passage are respectively inclined to a horizontal face, drainage can flow to a side part of the circulation passage along the inclination of the heat transfer tubes even when the drainage attaches to the heat transfer tubes by heat exchange, thus drainage hardly stagnate. Further heat exchange efficiency can be further improved by disposing the heat transfer tubes at the both parts with positional relationship that an extending axis of the heat transfer tube of the upstream part 22 and an extending axis of the heat transfer tube of the downstream part 24 are intersected with each other, when the spiral heat transfer tubes 2 are projected from an upstream side toward a downstream side of the circulation passage.
