PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of an internal combustion engine, preventing increase in weight of the exhaust device and increase in manufacturing costs of the exhaust device by allowing absorption of thermal expansion differences of exhaust system components in a simple construction. SOLUTION: At least one of front pipes 28 longer than a front pipe 27 has a PCCP (Pseudo-Cylindrical Concave Polyhedral) shell 41 along a circumferential direction in a part in an extension direction of the front pipe 28. The PCCP shell 41 includes surfaces of a polygon connected in such an uneven manner that adjacent surfaces of the polygon have a side in common and the side of adjacent surfaces of the polygon forms the ridgeline of a crest or a trough.
