PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker arm reducing the cost of a needle roller bearing supporting a rocker shaft. SOLUTION: An outer ring 11 is in an almost semi-cylindrical shape and is arranged on a load zone side. An outer ring housing recess 15 is formed in the outer periphery of a cage 14 and forms an outer ring insertion space between the cage and the peripheral wall of a shaft insertion hole 3. The circumferential length of the outer ring housing recess 15 is set longer than the circumferential length of the outer ring 11 so that the cage 14 is rotatable relatively to the outer ring 11 within a predetermined range. Rollers 12 rolling between the inner peripheral face of the outer ring 11 and the outer peripheral face of the rocker shaft 4 has a diameter smaller by a dimension equivalent to the thickness of the outer ring 11 as compared with rollers 13 rolling between the peripheral wall of the shaft insertion hole 3 and the rocker shaft 4.
