PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet with a speaker which is lighter in weight and achieved at low cost. SOLUTION: The helmet 20 with a speaker includes a helmet body, a flexible sheet-like speaker detachably housed in the helmet body, and wireless communication unit with at least a wireless receiving function for receiving voice information to be input in the sheet-like speaker. The sheet-like speaker includes: at least one thin platy piezoelectric element; a pair of flexible sheets interposing the piezoelectric element from both sides, so as to tightly adhere onto a vibration surface of the piezoelectric element while being jointed in a region where they are mutually contacted; and a wire, one end of which the piezoelectric element is connected to and the other end of which voice signals supplied from the wireless communication unit are applied.
