PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side effect-free vascular endothelial cell-migration inhibitor containing an easily synthesizable peptide as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The vascular endothelial cell-migration inhibitor includes at least one peptide whose amino acid sequence is selected from Arg-Ala-Asp-His-Pro-Phe, Tyr-Ala-Glu-Glu-Arg-Tyr-Pro-Ile-Leu, Tyr-Ala-Glu-Glu-Arg-Tyr, and Glu-Arg-Tyr-Pro-Ile-Leu as an active ingredient.
