PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of measured pressure values obtained from a pressure measuring instrument and a body fluid processor. SOLUTION: The body fluid processor 100 having the pressure measuring instrument 150 includes: a base 151; a regulating means 152 for regulating a distance of a casing 211 of a pressure cell 210 to the base 151 by engaging with an engaging part 215; a fixing means 153 for fixing the engaging state of the engaging part 215 and the regulating means 152; and a connecting part 162 connected to a diaphragm 212. Further it includes a first sensor 154 for converting displacement of the diaphragm 212 relative to the base 151 into signals, a second sensor 165 for detecting the engaging state of the engaging part 215 and the regulating means 152, and an offset part 181 for calculating a difference of the value obtained from the first sensor 154 and a predetermined reference value as an offset value by being triggered when the second sensor 165 detects the engaging state.
