PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure capable of preventing stays of a headrest from interfering with a cable member wired along a width direction of a seat back, even if the headrest is elevated/lowered in relation to the seat back. SOLUTION: The seat back 30 includes the headrest 70 installed elevatably via the pair of right and left stays 72. When the cable member 52 is wired along the width direction in the seat back 30, the wiring height position is set at a position crossing the stays 72, even if the headrest 70 is adjusted to any height position in relation to the seat back 30.
