Provided is an actuator capable of providing improved safety and reliability and an extended service life. The actuator, interposed between a first sliding hinge portion and a second sliding hinge portion that move in a respectively sliding manner, comprises at least one spring plate formed as a thin metal plate with portions thereof removed, wherein the spring plate comprises: a first plate holder portion pivotably coupled to the first sliding hinge portion; a second plate holder portion pivotably coupled to the second sliding hinge portion; and a connecting portion having a plurality of plate ribs integrally connecting the first plate holder portion and the second plate holder portion, and disposed so as to be coplanar and spaced apart from one another, the plurality of plate ribs formed to have different lengths, respectively, arranged in order of length, and formed with widths that progressively increase with an increase in length. |
