A front surface (16) is directly or indirectly applied using the head. Another front surface (17) supports a base structure (11). A support flange (34) is in axial distance to the front surfaces, and is radially spaced by an outer peripheral surface. Two partial sleeves (6, 7) are fixed with each other with ends turned toward each other. An engaging element is formed by retaining brackets that are distributed in circumferential direction.
