PURPOSE: Livestock with a marbling and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which enable a user to form a marbling by moderately controlling saturated fat using an inhaler. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of livestock with a marbling comprises: a step of controlling thickness of a fat layer in a site filled with excessive saturated fat using an inhaler having various injection needles; a step of forming a groove(3) and a groove(3') with a different shape in a site without a fat layer; a step of putting fat into an injector(4) having a plurality of injection needles, inserting the injector into each groove, and pressing the injector with a compressor rod; and a step of repeating injection.
