CERAMIC SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A ceramic substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently form the fine electrode pattern and the common electrode pattern by using the photo etching method and the screen printing method at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic substrate comprises a ceramic laminated body(100), a minute electrode pattern(110a), and a common electrode pattern(120a). A minute electrode pattern domain(A) and a common electrode pattern area(B) are arranged on the ceramic laminated body. The screen printing method is used when embodying the common electrode pattern area.
