ERODIBLE SPACER DICING BLADE GANG ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: An erodible spacer dicing blade gang assembly is provided to improve the abrasion property of saw blades by arranging a pitch spacer between adjacent saw blades. CONSTITUTION: An erodible spacer dicing blade gang assembly comprises a plurality of circular saw blades(42) which are arranged along a common central axis and one or more erodible pitch spacers(44) between the adjacent circular saw blades. The saw assembly is sawed through an abrasive material by the depth causing the abrasion of the pitch spacers so as to erode the pitch spacers to the desired diameter, thereby achieving a ganged saw blade assembly.
