LACTIC ACID BACTERIUM FOR PRODUCING NEW BACTERIOCIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING TMR FEED FOR SILAGE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a fermented feed (silage, fermented TMR feed) that is preservable for a long period of time and has excellent qualities by using a microorganism and consequently to provide a technique for producing a fermented feed related to reduction in disposal ratio and reduction in cost.

SOLUTION: The lactic acid bacterium strain has excellent bacteriocin production ability (excellent inhibitory action on growth of harmful microorganisms in a fermented feed) and has properties suitable for producing a high-quality fermented feed. The microbial formulation for producing a fermented feed contains the strain. The method for producing a high-quality fermented feed (in detail, silage, fermented TMR feed) preservable for a long period of time includes addition of the strain.
