<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen gas sensor capable of properly detecting the concentration of hydrogen gas by suppressing the fluctuations of the output characteristics of the hydrogen gas sensor even if the installation environment of the hydrogen gas sensor changes suddenly. <P>SOLUTION: In a hydrogen gas sensor, a gas detection part 7, which includes a proton conductive layer 2, the first electrode layer 4a joined to the proton conductive layer 2 through a catalyst layer 3 and the second electrode layer 4b joined to the proton conductive layer 2, is laminated and formed on a substrate 10 and the hydrogen gas permeable protection-of-environment layer 8, which covers the gas detection part 7 in a close adhesion state, is laminated and formed on the gas detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
