DOCKING GUIDE SYSTEM AND DOCKING GUIDE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a docking guide system and a docking guide device capable of coping with vessels without preparing a guide facility for each vessel differed in size or type or without additionally setting the guide facility even if the size or type of the entered vessel is increased.

SOLUTION: The docking guide device 10 includes: a guide display board 1 which has a display screen 1a having a horizontally long rectangular shape which is disposed toward the sea side and displaying a variable guide pole 11 changeable in position within a range of its horizontal length; and a fixed guide pole 2 disposed at the front center of the display screen away from the screen surface by a predetermined distance. The variable guide pole displayed on the display screen is displayed in a position where it is overlapped with the fixed guide pole and not viewable from a predetermined position on a vessel in a state that a predetermined position of the vessel is berthed at a predetermined site of a port quay. A pole display information generation means of a management device 20 generates pole display information for displaying the variable guide pole on the display screen.
