PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution and to reduce cost by precisely detecting collapse of a load stack of an article and abnormal intrusion of foreign matter, while using a load stack collapse sensor as an intrusion sensor. SOLUTION: A sensor switching means is provided for freely switching a use state of a front end side load stack collapse sensor 17 and a rear end side load stack collapse sensor 18, in a first sensor switching state of being put in an intrusion action state of using the rear end side load stack collapse sensor 18 as the intrusion sensor 23 and being put in an intrusion nonaction state of not using the front end side load stack collapse sensor 17 as the intrusion sensor, a second sensor switching state of being put in the intrusion nonaction state of not using the rear end side load stack collapse sensor 18 and the front end side load stack collapse sensor 17 as the intrusion sensor 23, and a third sensor switching state of being put in the intrusion action state of using the front end side load stack collapse sensor 17 as the intrusion sensor 23 and being put in the intrusion nonaction state of not using the rear end side load stack collapse sensor 18 as the intrusion sensor 23.
