PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door trim more easily preventing contact between the head of a metal fastening device exposed to the rear side of a door trim body and a wire harness. SOLUTION: In the vehicle door trim 10, a head 50a of a metal screw 50 is exposed on a routing passage of the wire harness 30 routed on the rear side of the door trim body 12, or in the surrounding thereof. A vertical wall 40 surrounding the periphery of the head 50a of the screw 50 is formed on the rear surface of the door trim body 12.
