PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heavyweight concrete which has flexibility capable of being used suitably for a concrete underground structure and high strength, and a concrete structure manufactured by using the heavyweight concrete. SOLUTION: The flexible heavyweight concrete contains at least cement, water, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, wherein the coarse aggregate is barite and the water-cement ratio is 40% or less. Thereby, since the compressive strength of the heavyweight concrete is maintained highly and the modulus of static elasticity can be lowered, the heavyweight concrete to which flexibility is given can be provided.
