PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removing device capable of reducing costs for snow removal by removing the snow on one lane by a single device for increasing the efficiency of the snow removal. SOLUTION: In a plow device 20 and a grader device 50 attached to a snow removing vehicle S, the snow removing width W1 of a plow 21 and the road surface leveling width W2 of a blade 51 are set to the same widths as winter traffic widths, respectively, and a plow shutter device 30 is attached to the plow device 20 and a blade shutter device 70 is attached to the grader device 50. Therefore, the snow removing vehicle can remove the snow on one lane by a single vehicle without causing overlapping. Since the right side plow 51a of the halved plow 21 and the right side blade 51a of the halved blade 51 are constituted to be foldable so that the deadhead width is set to a dimension which is not larger than the lane width of one lane and does not obstruct the other traffic function, a fresh snow removing operation and a road surface leveling operation can be performed by a single vehicle for one lane, thus increasing a snow removal efficiency.
