PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for visually and surely confirming lighting of brake lamps of an automobile, and preventing a rear-end accident caused by lighting failure of the brake lamps. SOLUTION: Hooks for fixing are respectively attached to each of ends of a steering wheel part 1 and a brake pedal part 2 in a driver's seat of the automobile. In an intermediate part between them, double pipes are extended/contracted in a sliding fit state to form a single shaft. The hook parts are extended to a state where the driver puts on a brake, and while keeping the state, a pin 6 is operated to fix an intermediate shaft to be in a fixed state. With this state, the driver gets out of the automobile to surely confirm the lighting of the brake lamps of a rear part with one's eyes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
