PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain absolute minimum functions as a disaster prevention facility by a game machine installation bank unit at least without considering an interface between a game hall and a game machine even when a facility is changed from an existing state. SOLUTION: When constructing a disaster prevention system by the unit of a game machine installation bank 102, in order to construct the disaster prevention system by the installation work of an existing facility, a disaster prevention function is added to a power transformer 110. As the disaster prevention function, it is sufficient when at least a sensor signal input part 140 (reception means) and an abnormality determination part 172 (determination means) are provided, a sensor 142 may be provided separately and a sensor 144 may be directly attached to the power transformer 110. Further, when power interruption control is performed to the power transformer 110 when abnormality occurs, the disaster prevention system is completed by the power transformer 110 alone, the need of huge facility investment is eliminated, and the abnormality of the game machine installation bank 102 is monitored by simple attachment work.
