PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converting device capable of shortening a sampling period of a digital value while making a circuit for outputting a master reference voltage reduced in scale and simplified in a correction expression. SOLUTION: The A/D converting device includes a first A/D converting device (e.g. TAD) which converts an arbitrary analog signal into a first digital value of a first sampling term and outputs the first digital value, and a second A/D converting device (e.g. ΔΣ type A/D converting device) which converts the arbitrary analog signal into a second digital value of a second sampling term and outputs the second digital value. The A/D converting device further includes a correction expression calculating means S90 for calculating a correction expression for the first digital value with the second digital value as a reference value, and a correction means S100 for correcting the first digital value on the basis of the correction expression.
