A background service process unit, a position system and a call control method thereof are provided in present invention. The background service process unit includes a protocol stack module, a state machine module and a service end access interface module. The system includes a browser and the background service process unit. The method includes: the browser sends an operation request of a client deputy to the background service process unit by an operation page; the background service process unit determines whether the operation can be executed right now, if yes, the operation request is sent to a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) server; the CTI server forwards the received operation request to an automatic call distributor to execute, and forwards an operation complete notification message to the background service process unit after the execution is completed; the background service process unit switches the position state according to the operation complete notification message. The invention enables the client deputy to log in the CTI server and handle the call by the browser of ordinary computer hosts. |
