Disclosed is a cold-storage heat exchange (1) comprising multiple cooling medium flow tubes (13) and cold-storage material containers (14) each of which is brazed to one surface of each of the cooling medium flow tubes (13) and having a cold-storage material filled therein. A cold-storage material produced by gelling a liquid paraffin with a gelling agent comprising 12-hydroxystearic acid is filled in the cold-storage material containers (14). The cold-storage material in the cold-storage material containers (14) is cooled by means of a cold energy of a cooling medium that passes through the cooling medium flow tubes (13).
