<p>When a multilayered ceramic capacitor equipped with a multilayer structure having internal electrodes is produced, the electrodes are inhibited from suffering a change in state, such as electrode breakage or changing into a ball, in a firing step for sintering the multilayer structure, even when the internal electrodes have a reduced thickness. When a green-state multilayer structure (2) for a multilayered ceramic capacitor (1), the multilayer structure (2) comprising dielectric ceramic layers (3) containing raw dielectric-ceramic powders and internal electrodes (4 and 5), is fired, the multilayer structure (2) is heated according to a temperature profile in which the average rate of heating from room temperature to a maximum temperature is 40 ºC/sec or higher, and the raw dielectric-ceramic powders comprise a powder for BaTiO3 as the main component, contain R (R is Sc, etc.), M (M is Mn, etc.), and Mg as minor components, and have a D/E of 0.2-0.8 where D is the total amount, in terms of parts by mole, of the minor components per 100 parts by mole of the main component and E is the specific surface area, m2/g, of the raw-ceramic powder giving the main component.</p> |
