<p>A downloading method and an apparatus are disclosed by present invention, the downloading method includes: the downloading party determines data piece in the download process according to the data piece downloading information stored by itself, and determines small data piece which is not downloaded according to the small data piece downloading information stored by itself for the data piece in the downloading process, the downloading party downloads the small data piece which has not been downloaded. Wherein, the download apparatus includes: storing module, which is used to store the data piece downloading information and small data piece downloading information; judging module, which is used to determine the data piece in the downloading process according to the data piece downloading information stored in the store module, determine small data piece which is not downloaded according to the stored small data piece downloading information for the data piece in the download process; downloading module, which is used to download the small data piece which is not downloaded and determined by the judging module. The above technical solutions can save the network transmission resource and increase the downloading efficiency.</p> |
