The present embodiment suggests a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner includes: a cleaner main body; and a dust case communicated with the cleaner main body and storing dust separated from air. The dust case includes: a dust collecting body formed with a dust storing section for storing dust; a pressing member for compressing the dust stored in the dust collecting body; and a cleaning member for cleaning the inner peripheral surface of the dust collecting body in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the dust collecting body.
