<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly treat purged hydrogen gas without requiring any special apparatus, and without directly discharging the purged hydrogen gas into the air. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen-gas purging line 19 is formed to discharge the purged hydrogen gas when the hydrogen gas in a fuel cell 13 is purged, in the fuel cell 13 for a vehicle auxiliary machine power supply which generates power using the hydrogen gas.
