<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the calculation error of a battery remaining amount in consideration of capacity drop due to cycle deterioration and temperature. <P>SOLUTION: Based on the temperature of a battery cell 11 measured by a temperature measuring means 12 and the charge/discharge frequency counted by a charge/discharge frequency counting means 13, a remaining amount calculation means 15 specifies a correction value for calculating the battery remaining amount corresponding to the temperature changed for each predetermined charge/discharge frequency stored in a correction value storing means 14 to compute the battery remaining amount corresponding to a specified correction value. Because the correction value is not set out for every charge/discharge frequency, but the correction value changed for each predetermined charge/discharge frequency is used, the correction of battery remaining amount due to cycle deterioration and temperature is performed with fewer parameters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
