<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a conjugate between a cell binding substance and a small molecule drug. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing a conjugate of formula (V) is such that a cell binding substance with a reactive disulfide group is obtained by allowing a cell binding substance to react with a bifunctional crosslinking moiety, thereafter this modified cell binding substance is allowed to react with a free thiol group-containing small molecule drug, with the bifunctional crosslinking moiety disclosed. [In the formula, CB is a cell binding substance; A is a small molecule drug linked with a disulfide part; R, R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>are each, the same or different, H, methyl, ethyl, a 3-6C straight chain-, branched chain-, or cyclic alkyl; n is 0 or an integer of 1-4; and m is an integer of 1-10 or more]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
