<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air current generator which can generate a stable and uniform air current by inhibiting the concentration of an electric field, as well as a moving assembly equipped with the air current generator. <P>SOLUTION: The air current generator 10 comprises a first dielectric 20 made of a solid, a first electrode 30 arranged on one side of the first dielectric 20 and a second electrode 31 arranged opposite to the first electrode 30 on the other side of the first dielectric 20. In addition, the air current generator 10 has a second dielectric 40 made of a solid arranged, on the edge of the first electrode 30 on the second electrode 31 side, and along the edge 30a of the first electrode 30 positioned on one side of the first dielectric 20, in such a way that the edge 30a of the first electrode 30 is covered with the second dielectric 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
