<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a heat exchange part capable of eliminating troublesome processing, eliminating refrigerant leakage and maintaining high heat exchange efficiency in an ice-making machine. <P>SOLUTION: A CO<SB>2</SB>refrigerant liquid is supplied to a heat transfer pipe group 68 via a CO<SB>2</SB>liquid pipe 44, liquid header pipes 52, 54 and liquid header branch pipes 56a-g or 58a-g. A CO<SB>2</SB>refrigerant gas evaporated by heat exchange with brine in the heat transfer pipe group 68 is returned to a CO<SB>2</SB>gas pipe 46 via gas header branch pipes 64a-g or 66a-g and gas header pipes 60, 62. The heat transfer pipe groups 68, 70 are arranged alternately in the brine passage transverse direction and inclined to the direction reverse to the horizontal face. Heat transfer pipes constituting the heat transfer pipe groups 68, 70 are arranged at even intervals vertically. A lateral frame 78 is inserted to a position where the heat transfer pipes are lined up at the same height in the brine passage transverse direction and the heat transfer pipes adjacent to upper and lower sides of the lateral frame 78 are fixed to the lateral frame 78. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
