PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intramolecular cleavage type photo-radical polymerization initiator composition that does not contain any nitrogen atom, sulfur atom, and further phosphorus atom, includes only carbon atom, hydrogen atom, and oxygen atom, and is highly sensitive to light emitted from an ultraviolet LED.
