PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing system capable of easily, efficiently, and surely making a photographing image and its photographing information match with each other. SOLUTION: In the portable photographing device 107 using a prescribed photographing means (X-ray flat panel sensor), an input/output means 104 acquires photographing information from a prescribed information management side (RIS; Radiology Information System) via a portable storage medium 102, and a storage means 105 stores the photographing image added with the photographing information immediately after photographing.
