PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a signal read time in a solid-state imaging device. SOLUTION: A sampling part includes: first and second capacitors CS and CN; first and second input switches TVS, TVN connected to one electrode of the first capacitor CS and one electrode of the second capacitor CN, respectively, for storing in the first and second capacitors CS and CN signals corresponding to the signal output from a pixel 11 to a vertical signal line 14, respectively; and first and second output switches THS, THN for outputting the signals stored in the first and second capacitors CS and CN, respectively.
