PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve data conversion with a simple configuration by using an OLA (OverLap and add) system, and to overcome sound quality degradation caused by discontinuity at a frame joint point or the like. SOLUTION: An input frame data generation unit 26 generates an input frame 27 constituted of a prescribed number of sub-frames having a first frame size and a first hop size following an overlap ratio, based on data of an input buffer 25. An inter-frame operation unit 30 applies a window function to the input frame 27, and then shifted as much as a second hop size to be overlapped together, and stores it in an output frame 29. An intermediate buffer data generation unit 28 stores data from the output frame 29 into an intermediate buffer 31 constituted of a prescribed number of sub-frames having the second hop size. A filter processing unit 32 applies a reverse filter of a comb-shaped filter to data in the intermediate buffer 31, and stores the results in an output buffer 33. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
