PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a variety of voltage values, while suppressing the number of storage elements connected in series. SOLUTION: A first output voltage is generated by connecting in series the storage elements of a first storage element group and a second output voltage, different from the first output voltage is generated by connecting in series the storage elements of a second storage element group. The first output voltage and the second output voltage are switched and connected to a load. By doing so, since the storage elements in the storage element group are connected in series, the number of storage elements connected in series can be suppressed compared to the total number of whole storage elements. Since a variety of voltages which the second storage element group generates can be applied, in addition to a variety of voltages which the first storage element generates by switching the first storage element group and the second storage element group and connecting them to the load, a variety of voltages can be applied to the load, while the number of storage elements connected in series is suppressed.
