PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing a phone call, in terms of a house phone and that in terms of an outside call via an ultracompact base station at low cost for a user. SOLUTION: An ultracompact base station device 3 includes a registration information collection part 7 configured to register a cellular phone 2, transmit, as registration information, information including information for identifying the registered cellular phone 2 and the ultracompact base station device 3 to an information integration device 5 for an ultracompact base station via a communication part 6, and transmit, as registration information, information showing whether the registered cellular phone 2 is present in the area of the ultracompact base station device 3 to the information integration device 5 for an ultracompact base station via the communication part 6; and the communication part 6. The information integration device 5 for an ultracompact base station includes a call control part 8 and a storage part 9. The call control part 8 stores the registration information in the storage part 9, and connects a call so that communication between cellular phones are performed via the ultracompact base station device 3, without having to go via a macro base station 10 installed outside the ultracompact base station system, when information showing the respective cellular phones 2 intended to start the communication is contained in the registration information.
