PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock as foot wear suppressing pendulum of the ankle of a wearer when the wearer walks, preventing inversion sprain, and supporting the wearer to stably walk to reduce fatigue on the wearer's foot. SOLUTION: The sock 100 includes: a first ring-like portion 4 going around a part corresponding to an area including at least part of the tibia and the fibula in the body portion 2, and fixed to the going-around position; a second ring-like portion 5 going around a part corresponding to an area including at least part of the metatarsal bone in the foot portion 1, and fixed to the going-around position; and a connecting portion 6 connecting the first ring-like portion 4 to the second ring-like portion 5 at the metatarsal bone side of the ankle to maintain the positional relationship between the first ring-like portion 4 and the second ring-like portion 5.
