METHOD FOR PRODUCING SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL, SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL, AND POWDER MAGNETIC CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can produce a soft magnetic material which has a sound silicone coating film formed on the outer circumference of a soft magnetic metal particle and from which a powder magnetic core having superior magnetic characteristics can be manufactured, and to provide the soft magnetic material obtained by the production method. SOLUTION: The soft magnetic material having the silicone coating film thereon can be produced by: preparing a material powder formed of the soft magnetic metal particle; also preparing a first resin material which is cured by a condensation polymerization reaction to become a three-dimensional cross-linking type of silicone and a second resin material which is cured by a condensation polymerization reaction to become a straight-chain type of silicone; appropriately mixing the material powder with the first resin material and the second resin material, and heat-treating the mixture to form the silicone coating film constituted by the three-dimensional type of silicone and the straight-chain type of silicone.
